Broil King x Perrywood BBQ Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   The giveaway is open to UK mainland residents only, aged 18 years or older. Employees of Broil King and Perrywood Garden Centres, their affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.  
2. How to Enter:
   To enter, participants must follow both accounts  @broilkinguk & @perrywoodgardencentres on Instagram, tag a friend in the comments, and like the post.
3. Giveaway Period:
   The giveaway begins on 04/04/2025 and ends at 15:00 hrs on 22/04/2025. Entries received after the end date will not be considered.
4. Prize:
   The prize consists of one Broil King Baron S490IR, BBQ Cover & BBQ Toolset. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and is only available for delivery within the UK mainland and does not include delivery to residents of the Isle of Man, Lundy, Anglesey, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Western Isles, Orkneys, Shetlands or Northern Ireland.
5. Winner Selection:
   The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via DM from Broil King UK (@broilkinguk) on 23/04/2025.
6. Claiming the Prize:
   The winner must claim their prize within 24 hrs of being notified. If the prize is not claimed within this period, a new winner will be selected.
7. Publicity:
   By entering, the winner agrees to the use of their name, image, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions:
   Broil King reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice. Any attempt to interfere with the operation of the giveaway is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability:
   By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless [OMC Barbecues], its affiliates, and employees from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from their participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
10. Privacy:
    Personal information provided during the giveaway will only be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting the winner. It will not be shared with third parties.
