Cancellations, Refunds and Returns
In the unlikely event that you change your mind or are not satisfied with your order, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods back to us in a sellable condition for a full refund. Delivery costs for the return of goods are borne by the customer.
Goods must be in the same condition as when dispatched and in their original packaging. If the goods are received faulty/damaged, we will endeavour to send replacement parts/replacement to you. Any refunds will be made within 30 days.
Before making a return, please contact us by email; email@example.com. When making a return please ensure that all items are in their original packaging, securely wrapped, clearly marked with your details, and include a covering letter detailing the reason for the return. We can not be held responsible for any return which is lost or damaged in transit.
